  i saw a fight break out on the platform between an elder and a unbelieving husband who accused the elder of f---ing his wife.

  he then threw the lectern on the floor and pushed the elder.

  What is that verse with the word Fleshy in it so many times - lots of people always pronounced it "fleshly" - omg that would get on my nerves.

  WOW WOW WOW i am so glad to see these funny stories! I loved that phrase about huge painful sobs of laughter!

  One time at an assembly the brother pronounced earth "earf" - i nearly expoded trying to keep quiet.

  One of the first meetings I attended they had an old sister playing piano instead of recorded music. She played so fast everyone was skipping lines trying to keep up with her. When the song was over she turned the seat towards everyone and smiled real big. I just barely made it to the restroom that time before i let go laughing. I kept seeing the whole scene in my mind so i couldn't stop laughing. What made it worse was that no one else thought it was funny.

  OH i just remembered - i sent several emails to a "friend" of over 20 years, describing the emotional pain i was experiencing when being subjected to unjust treatment by the wonderful and concerned elders, and the idiot person who was stabbing me in the back - I got this reply:

  "You are getting farther away from the Truth and you better get back to the meetings. You are just festering."

  So I guess that could be a word for apostate. Festering.

  today i published a new article underscoring how far removed current watchtower leadership is from yesteryears leaders.

  what got a person disfellowshipped by watchtower in 1981 is embraced by its current top leadership.

  Adults who molest children deserve to be shot.

  I hope you can keep writing out everything and start to let pain release little by little. i'm just starting to write my experiences a little at a time, it's difficult to get started sometimes. But so many people say they felt better after they began writing out what happened to them.

  My biggest act of rebellion since leaving the cult is using my time the way i think best! LOL

  Some less ghastly rebel behavior i have committed lately is reading C of C and Combatting Cult Mind Control. And hanging out with this and other similar websites.

  The Inflexible Pipe Dreaming Governing Body, New Boys, The Hands Of A Few Without A Clue,

  here we have a completely dumbed down rank and file from which to choose leadership.

  after years of a steady diet of misinformation/propaganda which demonizes the world in general and make going to college a cause for removal of priviledges, the brain drain must be enormous, with critical thinking at an all time low and the information age just starting to get in to full swing the future looks bleak for these ceos that run the corporation.

  only black and white thinking allowed at the their board meetings, a bunch of yes men being surrounded by a bunch of rubberstamping yes men getting deeper and deeper entrenched in group think, nobody feels comfotable to speak their mind least the be labeled apostate and be burned at the stake/df'd.

  Hi Frankie,

  Yesterday i finished reading Hassan's Combatting Cult Mind Control (finally) and there's just no doubt left that the WT is a cult.

  I think the intelligent intellectuals who really cared for people have passed on. All that's left are control-hungry faker hypocrites trying to keep the money rolling in. And like you say there is no one to speak freely because they Will be thrown out.

  In listening to some of these recorded judicial meetings i have become physically ill. These guys sound like fire and brimstone preachers i heard 40 years ago at Baptist country churches here in the deep south. I mean like seriously so mean they sound demonized, talking to people like they are dog crap beneath their feet. Calling the KH "this holy place" - i never heard the KH was HOLY, good grief.

  It was BAD when i started fading three or four years ago and it can only be getting worse - which is really good because more and more people will find it easier to disconnect and get out.
